apple IIgs help please

i just got an apple IIgs at a yard sale
i got all the books and some disks but...
the system disk n system tools disks are all messed up
where can i download new untouched copies of the newest (like 5.02 or
something like that) system disk n system tools disks
can i use my mac to format a disk to prodos n then put the d/l files on
the disk then use it on my IIgs (i think i can)
