Andy, Alltech Electronics has them (http://www.allelec.com/)
They're 7MHz units, but don't let that fool you.  The CPU's
are 8MHz, but underclocked.  Just swap in a 36MHz oscillator
for the 28MHz one and you have 8MHz.

In fact, the Zip GS is easily upgradable to high speeds.  I
just made an illustrated "how to" stack on doing this and it
is in the ground upload folder (it may be moved to the May
subdirectory soon).
