Yes, it's a bug. Since the MS-DOS FST is a read only FST you get an error
when it trys to write to that disk that is low-level formatted MFM
instead of GCR, you need to then put the disk back in the drive and do it
again, only this time GS/OS will give you the "Can't read this disk"
dialog and you pick your choice to format the disk again. This only
happens with the FDHD card.
