   You're talking several chapter's worth of data. I can only do so

   "Seems impossible"? Have you tried asking on
comp.sys.apple2.marketplace?  Many people have been selling and buying
stuff recently, and you could get your hands on a copy. A quick
www.dejanews.com search found several people selling such books in the
last few months.
