How connect color monitor to appleIIc?

How can I connect the AppleIIc to a standard color monitor with FBAS and
RGB. The pinout description of the IIc monitor connector shows many
signals I can't make any sense of. I would appreciate it, if someone
with experience on or knowledge of this matter could e-mail me some
lines.
