Yes, there are software titles that use Hierarchic to provide the types
of menu ask you seek.

1 -- Super Menu Pack (Seven Hills) gives you a hierarchic menu for your
control panels under the Apple pulldown menu. But it also does much more.

2 -- Kangaroo (Seven Hills) uses hierarchic menus for jumping around
in your system files. A great extension for your IIGS.

3 -- Transprog (also Seven Hills) uses hierarchic menus for launching
programs from a custom pulldown menu in the main menu of Finder and other
GS/OS applications.

These three programs are full-featured and greatly increase the power and
functionality of your IIGS.
