this and hopefully further questions of yours. For a short answer:
Apple II disk drive formats are not compatible with PCs without rare
addon hardware, so you're going to have to get a disk from someone
with another Apple II. I recommend contacting Steve Cavanaugh, as
mentioned in section 10.2 of the faq, as he is licensed to distribute
a bootable disk with ProDOS on it and a large set of utils to make
downloading easier.
