I wrote extensively here on this subjects awhile back.
For Component, easiest no-building option I found was using a IIgs-
>SCART cable along with a Keene Aptus SCART RGB-Component adapter.
Works fine on all my TVs, HD or otherwise.
For VGA, easiest no-building option I found was using a IIgs->SCART
cable along with a Highway SCART RGB-VGA converter. My preferred
solution.
For S-Video, the IIgs can be modified to output true S-Video with
color. Be prepared to modify mobo and add/subtract components.
