Hi everyone!
I just became the lucky owner of an Apple IIe card that plugs into the
Macintosh LC-series PDS slot. I'm excited to try it out (it hasn't
arrived yet).
However, I'm told that the card is supposed to come with a Y-cable
which will connect it to a joystick and external disk drives. My card
was used and doesn't. I've looked around on the net, but can't find
the pinouts for that cable.
Another person who is looking says he called Apple and asked, but they
couldn't or wouldn't tell him.
Does anyone on csa2 know the pinouts for such a cable? I would really
appreciate it if you could send me that information-- or even a
pointer to where you think it might be. I would be happy to make that
information available on a Web site.
If someone has such a cable and would like to take the time to reverse
engineer it and come up with directions for making one, they might be
able to make a couple of bucks. I know I am not the only person
looking for this cable.
Thanks in advance for your help!
