Epson printer

I picked up an Epson Stylus Color 800 printer on the weekend.It does
great color on my Mac but with one exception I haven't been able to do
color.I'm using a ProGrappler card to interface with the parrallel port
on the printer.The ProGrappler has a set of built in utilities and from
there I can print a color test pattern.This seems to indicate that the
capabilities are there.Has anyone had any luck with this printer?Does
anyone have any Ideas.
