Golden Orchard has one ProDOS volume (which can be booted) and six
HFS volumes. (HFS file names can be long and may include
non-letter/number characters.)

According to the GS/OS Reference, the High Sierra Group and ISO 9660
formats are nearly identical. It does not mention ISO 9660 version.

The High Sierra File System Translator supports long file names
which can contain upper-case letters, digits 0-9, and the underscore
character. Non-directory file identifiers can have three parts: file
name, name extension, version number. The file name, a period, and the
name extension can sum to 31 characters. HS.FST allows a non-directory
file identifier to consist of just the file name or just the name
extension.

Subdirectories and associate files (e.g. resources) are supported.
Multiple volumes and multi-session are not supported. HS.FST supports
reads but not writes.
