I used to have one.  I upgraded my //e in 1988 I believe.  I chose the
upgrade because I only had an Extended 80 Column Card and a 5.25" disk
controller in my unenhanced //e so I figured the upgrade was worth it.

However a couple years later, I had broken one of the keycaps off of
my keyboard and a techie guy offered to trade me a French Canadian Mac
keyboard for my broken //e keyboard.  Not one to pass up a great deal
I took it and I must say, I prefer this keyboard to the standard IIgs
keyboard so I'm glad I got it.

Then, not too long after that, I order a IIgs case as a replacement
part through a Apple dealer and moved my motherboard into that.

And sometime soon I will have to replace my //e power supply that is
currently running my IIgs with something a little more heavy duty.  I
just might have to invest in a Buggie supply if I don't come across a
free IBM power supply around here.

I might still have my //e case with the IIgs base and back plate
kicking around somewhere but it still has that big whole where the
keyboard used to be.
