No driver, there are half a dozen different Localtalk PC cards that were
made (Apple and Daystar Digital were the main ones, I think) and they are
all programmed differently.  Plus, last time I checked no programming
information had been released on them by any company.

There may be some work going on them now, I'm not sure.  I would think it
would be better to start from the ground up with a good serial board
(supporting the 230kbps+ synchronous rate) and write the drivers from the
ground up.  Slower, but at least it's documented and the cards are easily
available new.
