mystery card

Hello,
Does anybody have any idea what this card is?

It has a cartridge interface board which appears to have a 6502 processor
chip (maybe it's a Commodore emulator). The card reads "BCD Associates,
Inc., Okla. City, (c) 1980, C-400, Made in USA, Model 400. The cartridge
connection has 10 flat pins w/ a 1/2 inch long slot between pins 2 and 3.
The wear pattern on the pins at the connection looks as if cartridges have
been slipped on and off several times. The 30 Apple II slot flat pins
look as though they've only been connected and disconnected 1 or 2 times.
The card has 6 soldered wires coming off the back end and going into a
wiremesh shielded cable. At the other end the wires are labeled but have
3 different kinds of jacks. Five RCA-type phono jacks are labeled
"computer video, addressing code, Channel 1, Channel 2, and Audio In."
There are 2 with coaxial cable-like plugs labeled "Player Video, and Video
In." There is 1 mini-head- phone-type jack labeled "Cassette In." The
"cassette in" and "computer video" jacks come out near the back end of the
card as if to plug into the Apple II and monitor.

Thanks,
Tom
