If you enable SpeedNanny, it won't go faster than 4Mhz. SpeedNanny
"clips" performance at whatever you have set it to (0.8Mhz thru 4Mhz), so
turning it off will make Bernie emulate as fast as possible.

In closing I'd like to say, it's AMAZING you'll get 4.5Mhz :-))))))
 
I will try that SynthLab thing at home - I expect SynthLab being rather
confused about the amount of IRQs that have accumulated upon switching to
PowerMode, but it should not dump the whole virtual machine.
