The Rev. C had a 50-pin connector, yes (not always soldered, but
there). The Rev. D has only a 25-pin connector. I can think of no
"good" way to solve this other than soldering a short adapter.
Alternatively, you could crimp a cable from 25-pin to 50-pin (bit of a
pain, but doable) ... the only problem being that you=B4d have to get
GND to all 25 pins on the 50-pin connector somehow. Pretty messy
operation ..
