BUGG-POWER BREAKTHROUGH: Twin motherboard plugs

Some IIgs motherboards have BOTH a IIgs-style Molex-7 socket, and also a 
IIe-style AMP-6 socket.   Both carry same voltages.

I make my BUGG-POWER 150 watt power units with an optional Y-connector, 
with one IIe plug and one IIgs plug.

I have now confirmed that BOTH CAN BE CONNECTED SIMULTANEOUSLY to the 
same board.

This eliminates the Molex-7 power "bottleneck."  Because of the size of 
the crimp-pins, only 120 watts can be piped through that plug.
But with TWO PLUGS TOGETHER, the full power of the unit can reach the 
motherboard.

You can ADD THE IIE STYLE socket to your Rom 1 motherboard at position 
J14.   Just remove the solder (copper desolder braid), and install the 
IIe style connector.

I bought many IIe-style connectors from Digi-key.   If you want one, 
price is $1.45 plus $0.55 postage.

For the Y-connector cable on BUGG-POWER, the cost is $4 above the 
standard price of $27 plus $5 shipping.

BTW, with the Y-cord BUGG-POWER, I have also shown that BOTH A IIE AND 
IIGS CAN BE RUN TOGETHER FROM ONE BUGG-POWER UNIT WITH NO INTERFERENCE 
BETWEEN COMPUTERS!
