As far as I am aware, I only know of one working situation where a
PowerBook computer can be used as a SCSI drive for a desktop Mac.  This
particular capability is built into PowerBooks and I have no idea whether
other computers (PCs, etc.) can do this.  You would be much better off
sticking to the transfer methods that already exist in reference to getting
files to the Apple II from another computer.
