Yes, there are two main ways of doing this.  You can either get a
cheap unix box and run tip on it (with the GS hooked up to the unix
box via serial cable), which works fine except for file transfers,
since tip intercepts a few control chars.  Or, you could wait until
GS/TCP is released (soon now :) ) and write a simple front-end to do
this.
