Apple II C start-up disc.

Hello,
      Man was I glad to find this place. I need help locating a start-up
disc for my computer.
I am not sure if it can even be done but I continue to hope. I will also
be looking for a modem and any manuals on this computer.
    Right now I can't do anything with it. I can turn it on and thats
about it. It was given to me and I really wouldlike to get it up and
running soon. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
