I have recently bought an unenhanced Apple IIe, 80 col. card, 128KB RAM
and 2 DiskII drives and have noticed that the computer doesn't always
start when I turn the power on. So I have to turn it off and then on
again and then it starts without problems. Is it normal or is there an
hardware problem?
