Mac HD #M0135

I got a MacIntosh Harddisk20 Model#M0135 which I plugged
to the baack of my //GS floppy drive 
hoping to use it in slot6,drive2.
Can it be formatted for Prodos?





I get NO DEVICE CONNECTED error, the light is always on indicating
contiuous spinning.
Am I attempting the impossible to reformat this HD?
It is not a scsi drive.
Other formatting s/w  give "Write-protected"|  message.
other"I/O error: Track $11, Sector $0.
