Re: MIME problem

 Soenke spewed forth:

SC(| Strangely enough, no. mpack and munpack remain unported. However,

Mushy, beta-tester for the desktop one (BSC-It 2.1 alpha 2 as of today),
here... Yeah, there is work on a Base64 decoder, and things are quite
promising. There had been problems with decoding some due to the fact
that there is no *real* standard to MIME headers, so for instance I
have one Base64 file which decodes perfectly while others are not
recognised. Tom the author fixed the cause of the problem by making the
header-searcher case-INsensitive, and now it'll decode anything which
contains the word "base64" in any manner, and call it whatever comes
after the token "filename=" (with or without quotes around the
filename). Tom's been sending me the program AS a Base64 so the thing
obviously works as of two beta-versions ago.

It's not ready for the public; email questions/info requests to me.
