Nice 'April Fools' joke Bozo ! I wish it were true - (all but the
purchase of the
Ground ftp site - that is). Insane as it all may seem, the sad element to
this is
that a Mac emulator could be done for the IIGS, if anybody had the time,
desire,
motivation and such to do it.
Now here's my 'April Fool Joke' for the CSA2 newsgroup. Today, I perfected
a time
machine, went ahead in time, picked the correct Lottory numbers for all of
the lottery games everywhere and won. Therefore, I've decided to raise the
reward
for valid proof of copyright ownership concerning WordPerfect for the
Apple II and
IIGS to $1,000,000.
I've also successfully arranged the full purchase of; SSII, F. E. Systems,
Hypermall.com, Sequential Systems, Ego Systems, SoftDisk GS, Seven Hills
Software, plus the copyrights to WordPerfect for the Apple II and IIGS
(so, I
guess I'll pay that reward to myself now :)). I've also obtained the
rights,
plans and prototypes of the Duet card, the DSP card and 60% stock of Apple
Computer, Inc.
I tried to purchase Alltech Electronics Co. and Visi.com too. But, they
refused
to sell. I'm still debating over the purchase of Genie and Delphi. So
far, they
are all simply asking too much to justify such a purchase. I'll be merging
everything into one central company later on this month named:
HYPE-R-EGO-FED APPLES, Inc. and releasing everything into public domain.
Remember folks this is only an 'April Fool Joke Post' so don't get your
feathers
in to much of a ruffle over it all. Joe, Nathan, Joe, Wily, Sheldon, etc.
and so
on...it's your turn now. Fire back with your best fellows.
Cheers,
Tom
