Concerning the Karl Bunker Apple II and IIGS software collections, for
thoses interested in such - please note. During late summer of 1996, I
contacted Carl Bunker via email about the availability, status and the
classifcation of all his Apple II and IIGS software. He promptly replied
that he had placed them all in either public domain or reclassified them
as freeware from sharewares, etc.
Carl Bunker shortly thereafter, sent me (via snail) mail the disks
containing all of his software for the Apple II and IIGS - all with src.
codes included. He also mentioned that he had used LISA 816 to make the
programs with and for generation of te src. codes. As I had already
contacted the author of LISA 816, the year before (1995) and gotten him
to agree to release the program LISA 816 as freeware, the inclusion of
the LISA 816 archive - with all of the Karl Bunker Apple II and IIGS
software released can be found within the Ground ftp site as two 3.5
ProDOS 800k disk Shrinkit archives. They are all the most current and/or
last version released. Both; B.W.1.SDK and B.W.2.SDK Shrinkit archives
are the exact disks - as received from Karl Bunker, wiith all text files
from him concerning their status, versions, etc. - included on the
disks.
The following archives have been available from Ground from last August.
B.W.1.SDK 536 Kb
B.W.2.SDK 460 Kb
Contents.INFO.txt 4 Kb
Karl.Bunker.gif 10 Kb
LISA.816.CH.SHK.txt 1 Kb
LISA.816.SDK 394 Kb
READ.ME.txt 1 Kb
fileatrix.s.shk 121 Kb
They are located inside the following folder and URL permanently
archived on Ground.
ftp://ground.isca.uiowa.edu/2/apple2/1WSW/GS.WorldView/BUNKERWARES/
The last time I checked, the same above listed archives were available
from the GS WorldView web site too.

If I recall correctly - when I checked several months back, the archives
and src. codes for all of Karl Bunkers Apple II and IIGS releases could
also be found as individual shrinkit and/or groups as ZIP archives from
his WWW AOL Homepage ! (I can't currently find that url)
I hope this information on the Karl Bunker Apple II and IIGS software
and the LISA 816 Assembler he used to make them all - will be of some
value to those interested in them.
Cheers,
Tom
