   Yes, those *were* completed, but Apple decided that the view
of their intestines was too great to miss, and never sold them. I
believe Jawaid Bayzar and Alltech's Tony Diaz both posess one
each, maybe a few others.

   This *should* have been released at the same time as System 6.0.1.
[When I was working at Softdisk, all of the 6.0.1 beta disksets had
Appletalk and ethernet selectable for networking, etc.] This was not
vaporware, this was not some pipe dream. It existed. Apple shafted
their users in order to try and push more folks towards Macs. Sorry,
didn't work for me and a lot of others.

   I'd use an Apple II ethernet card. So would lots more people. Oh
well, who ever expected a clue from the management at Apple. [The
technical folks were always on top of their jobs, but the idiot
decisions came from Apple.]
