Since ,say, 1994 I have never, *NEVER*, got a copy of Binscii off any
site to self extract into a working program. Some soul in a fit
of mercy mimed me a working copy and things have been working great.
I plead all site operators check their archives if you can't make
it work.. Trash the thing and save some misery.
I was trying to get a copy to a person on AOL. I don't know what AOL
does but absolutly nothing came through unscathed. My last attempt
was an Applesoft EXEC file that poked the program in memory
and saved a copy to disk.
