I sincerely doubt it.  Consider how much of the above letter was
spelled correctly, compare it to most of Turley's posts, and you'll
see that spelling makes all the difference in the world.

How do you know that *I* didn't post the above (using one of those

Compare spelling and style.  Unless Turley started to suddenly change
both (which is doubted, see his posts since), this is another example
of how this is _NOT_ Turley's work.
