Help! Another chirping IIgs PS...

My IIgs died a few months ago in a similar manner.  It didn't emit a
"rapid chirping noise", however.  The power light blinked, and after
turning the power switch off, it emited one long, soft chirp.  I knew I
shouldn't have installed that SS card! :)

I, too, pulled all the cards, even the forgotten HyperStudio microphone
(that molex connector really clings to the motherboard!).  It didn't help.

Is there any chance that my system, too, just needs a new power supply, or
do I need a whole new CPU?
