Uploads to the FTPs
Since the FTP's don't have file descriptions next to the filenames...
UPLOADED TO CALTECH and GROUND YESTERDAY, some Lysergic-wares!
BSCIt10.shk -- A swift binscii encoder/decoder which lets you choose
source, filename, and destination with the arrow keys.
Coming soon is version 2 which includes Base64 decoding
(and may have encoding plus BinHex and/or UU-coding).
Qfix20GT.shk -- Patches ProDOS 2.0.x, ProTerm 3.1, and various other
system programs and apps to accept MSDOS-legal names.
Now when you download !!!!17-2.JPG or the like from
your favorite BBS/site the filename isn't rejected by
the DOS or santized down to "JPG" by ProTerm. :)
GZPK20.shk -- Converts .gz archives from the FTPs which we can't
readily work with to .zip archives which we can (with
PMPunzip or Angel).
LuFiCeR.shk -- An intuitive linefeed/carriage return adder/deleter for
use with text files. Others exist, but are they file-
list menu driven and sense which change a file needs?
ICNS2QWK.shk -- Icons for use with the 2qwk! offline reader (which is
on the FTPs as 2QWK23U.ZIP or 2QWK204.SHK, same file).
The OLR itself, to put in a plug, is the most complete
8-bit offline reader for the Apple // family -- what
you are reading right now was generated on it. :)
