//c to Mac disk image transfers?

Hi, I have the following question:

I have the oldest version of the //c that doesn't support serial cable
transfers due to the baud timing error in the hardware which I finally
learned was the cause my null modem cable wasn't working (it took a lot of
time and frustration just to figure out this much!). No speed at all would
work with the serial cable, but I can do 1200 baud modem file transfers no
problem, fortunately. 

So, here's the question. I know the application ii-2-mac will allow one to
make disk images on an Apple II and use a serial cable to upload them to a
Mac. How can I do this same thing using my modem to modem transfer? Please
