Delete the SCSI* files in the Driver folder on your System 3.5" disk,
and copy RamFast.Driver from the ROMdisk onto the System 3.5" disk.
You will now be able to see all partitions when you boot the System
3.5" disk.
What happens if you repartition the drive, then restore your backups?
