Tip: .sea means 'Self Extracting Archive'. In other words, a
program that unpacks a set of things when run. .SEAs can exist on many
different platforms; GS .SEAs can simply be run like any other
app. For another platform, find the platform and run it on there.

That is not the problem I like to see addressed.
When I download .sea files, to my //GS, they are probably packed by a mac.
I have yet so find a file which can be unpacked by GSHK.
