   PC drives ain't going to read Apple II 5.25" disks without rare
addon hardware. No cute ideas (we've had 15+ years of those, and
they've all been shot down) will help.

   Your best bet is to use a [null] modem between the two. See the
comp.sys.apple2 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) at
http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html  section 5.* for info
on null modeming and lots of other info.
