Yes, I've picked up Bird's rewrite of the RamFast manual, and it is what
it attests to be.  With all the improvements he made to the original
text and post-SS addendums, you'd think he would have said more about
how the RamFast does *not* work with a RamKeeper for most people, with
or without the DMA on.  But you can't be everywhere...
