   2 years after its cancelation, with a market shrunk by a lot?  Not
too good, unless by force of $ you can persuade developers that there
is interest out there, interest that people will back up by putting
their money where their mouth is.

   With very awesome and *real* programs like the Spectrum Internet
Suite (http://www.nettally.com/shss/IIGS/sis/) getting less discussion
and talk than vaporware and fluff, those who'd have an inclination to
develop look at the reaction from the market and start wondering
exactly who's out there.
