Checked that out, and yeah, it's just a PC-brand MIME program and some
similar files, which anyone could have gotten from a PC BBS.

 -- Norman Dodge has written up a shell MIME utility in C, and sent me
the EXE and SRC files today.  (And they came out corrupted so don't
bother asking me to pass them along.)  Luck for the GNO & ORCA users.

 -- Tom Larson is working on adding MIME/Base64 to the BSC-It encoder/
decoder he's been writing, and I hold beta-5 right now which he says is
a precursor to the release version (put out a Binscii-only version 1.0
right now, then future releases will have more encoding schemes in it).

Anyone with info on uuencoding and BinHex (and Base64's CRC?!) kindly
pass that along to Tom at ericlob@cris.com if ya will...
