File Editor

hej all,
	Is there a hex editor or something out there for the GS in the
public domain?  I recently suffered a Hard Drive crash and I have to
install the patches into appleworks GS.  Particualy the sounds patch (so
it uses the system 6.0.1 sounds)  The file tells me that I have to edit
relative block 78 and relative byte 9a14.  Is there anything out there to
do this?
