Wolfenstein 2D for Apple II

Hi folks,

I must be getting nostalgic in my old age, but I used to play a
FANTASTIC game on an old Apple II called Castle Wolfenstein. I still
think it was the best game I ever saw.

Can anyone tell me if it's still available, or how I could get a copy?
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
