Bootstrappable?

 Nathan spewed forth:

NC(| Neat. Is it bootstrappable from nothing like the existing
    | Binscii.txt (was .exe or .exec) by Todd Whitesel, or whill it be
    | distributed only in .BSQ?

I figure it'll be released as a SHK. The only program that needs to be
distributed as a self-extracting text is ShrinkIt 3.4, IMHO. :) I
should hope no one uploads it as a BSC... <eg> And when I got Binscii
1.0.3 however many moons ago, I got it as a SHK. If anyone wants to or
has a reason to run BSC-It [sys + txt dox] through XTRAX then go for it.

As mentioned previous post, BSC-It should take care of binsciis,
uuencodes, and base64 (final unconfirmed, gotta look into the math) so
it'll be the only encoder/decoder a person will ever need, and being in
8-bit any enhanced-//e-forth Apple will be able to use it.
