I've added directory support in an interim release, but I still need to
implement mkdir:

<http://sites.google.com/site/drjohnbmatthews/applecommander>

IIUC, the vm02 classpath is isomorphic to the ProDOS directory
structure, so if the classes "Main" and "Answer" are in the package
"temp":

package temp;
import apple2.*;

public class Main {
    public static void main(String args[]) {
        System.out.println("Hello, world!");
        System.out.println("Answer: " + Answer.n);
    }
}

class Answer {
    static int n = 42;
}

they would go in a directory named /TEMP:

DISK=java.2mg
CLASSPATH=.:/Users/Shared/vm02/src

Main: Main.java
    javac  -cp ${CLASSPATH} Main.java
    ac -d ${DISK} /temp/Main
    ac -p ${DISK} /temp/Main bin < Main.class
    ac -d ${DISK} /temp/Answer
    ac -p ${DISK} /temp/Answer bin < Answer.class

Similarly, the classes in the package org.vm02.cui would be found in
/ORG/VM02/CUI.
