What came with the Laser 128?

The recent thread about the Laser 128 and its built-in RGB has had me
seriouswondering about setting up my 128 as my "primary" //e-class system.

When I bought mine back in '95, it was the typical "Swap Meet" Laser 128
(i.e., CPU only, no power brick, no manuals). Thanks to many of you, I
was able to cobble together a power brick, find an expansion box and
1MB upgrade, and connect it to an old CGA monitor.

Since mine came "naked", I was wondering what was bundled with the 128.

	- What OS came with it? A Dos 3.3 clone, I assume, for licensing
	  reasons.
	- Did it come with a System Configuration or System Utility disk
	  (ala the //c)?
Specifically, how did one change the default baud rates, etc?
	- What other software came with it?
I've seen some references to Copy ][+ being bundled with it.
	  Can anyone confirm?
	- Any hardware besides the CPU and the power brick?
	  An RF modulator, perhaps?

Thanks... <<<John>>>

P.S. Does anyone know if I can use an Apple Workstation card in a Laser 128?
If so, can someone point me to a source for the Workstation software or
send me a disk image?
