You LIST the program to a TEXT file. One way is to LOAD the
program and add a line to the end of the program such as the one
shown below:

9999 PRINT CHR$(4)"OPEN NOOP": PRINT CHR$(4)"WRITE NOOP": LIST: PRINT
CHR$(4)"CLOSE":END

Then, you RUN 9999. This will save a listing of the program to a
TEXT file named "NOOP". (The listing will include Line 9999. You can
delete the line later on, after the program is transferred to
QBASIC.)

Note that it does not, usually, matter where you add the Line
which LISTs the program to a TEXT file, so long as no current program
Line is overwritten. The reason for sticking it at the end is that it
is easy to find and delete later on.

After the TEXT file named "NOOP" (or whatever it's called) is
transferred to the PC, you just start QBASIC and load in NOOP. NOOP
can, then, be edited to fit QBASIC and the PC.
