   The FAQ was posted to this newsgroup on the first of the month, and
is a usenet official FAQ, meaning that it can be found at all the
usual repositories, such as ftp to rtfm.mit.edu and
http://www.landfield.com/faqs

   In case you missed the posting of the FAQ a few days ago, go to
http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html for the official copy of
the latest version in hypertext. If you have neither web, usenet,
or ftp access, I can email a text version if that is requested via
email.
