Old Old Serial Card

I have a very old Apple IIe Serial Card.  It is NOT a Super Serial
Card.  On the acrd it states that it is a Asynchronous Serial
Interface.  Is says it was copyrighted in 1979 by CCS (Whoever They are) 
and there is a logo on the card which could be interpreted like a CCS. 
It is a Model 7710 Rev B.  It has a 26pin connector on it.  Its
handwritten serial number is: 76199-0HB.  If anybody has any idea where
this card came from or where I get my hands on some specs of the
connector it would VERY greatly appreciated.
