For ProDOS 8 v1.9, try looking on ftp.info.apple.com in the directory
/Apple.Support.Area/Apple.Software.Updates/US/Apple_II/Apple_II_Supplemental
There's a file in there called Apple_II_System_Disk_3.2.bxy which (I believe)
contains ProDOS 8 v1.9.
