You can get them both from my FTP site.  And if you visit my web page,
there is a tutorial on how to download files for the first time.  You can
download BINSCII convert it to a runable program and then you can download
ShrinkIt.  A requirement for this is that you need to be able to download
in binary mode.  (Web page and FTP listed in sig below)
