This is all very academic, mostly since I've never seen or heard of
any 14MB boards on csa2 or any other info source; the largest being
sold are 8MB boards. First off, with the TWGS apparently mapping a
bank or so ($B0 or $C0?) of its ROM into the GS's space, you'll have
to watch out for clashes with that. After that, not 100% sure, but
since they run code out of ROM correctly, the answer is probably (b)
or (c) from above.
