Well, if you could manage some kind of Moebius strip paper, this would
be a little simpler. However, that's not realistic :)
How this is normally done is print all the odd numbered pages on
the first side of your paper. Flip over the paper, and print all the
even numbered pages. If you print page 2 on the back of page 3, page 1
is essentially single sided, in case you want a title page; if 2 is on
the back of 1, everything's double sided.
There may be a macro and/or timeout addon to AW 3.x that'll
automatically print all odd/even numbered pages, but I'm not
sure. GS/OS programs don't normally have even/odd printing, unless the
driver implements it.
