It is hard to start to write *Everything* about anything. How about this -
start writing everything you know or think about the process as a series
of steps (Step 1, buy serial card and modem, attach both to Apple as per
manufacturer's instructions, Step 2, make sure that you have an internet
shell account that can be used from the Apple, Step 3 obtain almost free
telecommunications software from Steve Cavanaugh (See
http://members.aol.com/newblossom/index.html for details). Step 4, log
onto the internet and visit the FAQ page
(http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/index.html) for details about where to go
for the files and how to decode them when you get them. (Hint. If you are
using Lynx to view the FAQ and you want to keep a relevant section handy
for reference, press "D" for "Download," and it'll be saved to your disk).

I hope this helps.
